To really appreciate this journey, one should own or paddle a Klepper or Folboat for a lengthy period. I had a double Folboat for 10 or so years that I paddled in Puget Sound, Micronesia, and various mountain lakes in Alberta and BC. It was not your typical kayaking experience.
