Started the process of getting a load of stuff off the boat that we don't immediately need. The POs lived in Illinois and kept the boat in SE Florida so kept everything on board. Dozens, if not a hundred, charts books, cruising guides and CDs. I left the ones for the Northern, Near, Far Bahamas on board as we will use those. Took off a printer/scanner as well, and I am only about half way through the Pilothouse!
Also swapped out a mis-functioning A/C control Pad with a new one. Changed over the fresh water filter and cleaned out the screen from the up stream filter.
I also discovered, when trying to depressurize the water system to remove the filter, that my fresh water pump is always live (not always running but always got power to it and runs when the breaker is off if the system calls for pressure).So I need to see why that is seemingly hard-wired to the house.
Another full fun day planned for tomorrow!
