Good deal on Hershine 37'

My friend is selling this '79 Hershine double cabin for $42K. Moored a few slips down from us in Port Ludlow. I know they'd take around $35K for it, as it has some deferred cosmetic issues, plus those good ole' leaky teak windows. It's been a dock condo for her Oregon owners for many years. But it has twin Lehman 120s, which evidently is rare for this boat. Anyway, would make a nice PNW cruiser for a knowledgeable trawler guy at a decent price...

Couple weeks ago the owners accepted an offer for $32,500. However, before survey the buyers backed out. Found a boat they like better somewhere else. So she's still for sale...
