I purchase a new in box(lol) Fusion MS-RA205 radio from a local consignment store. When I went to install it I discovered that for some unknown reason the previous owner had cut the connector to remove two wires, at the back of the radio. Sent an email to Fusion through their website to see if I could buy a new connector, received a reply from Fusion/Garmin in Arizona asking for my address as they would send me a new one, they did not want any money and it showed up a week later. Great customer service, ThankYou! .....
