Drive train may be salvageable, boat can be cut up, easier to dispose of with a wood boat than a fiberglass boat.

I once took on a 30'boat, in a boat yard because I needed the head from the engine . . . that's all I really needed, but boat yard said I had to get rid of the whole thing. Said I could use his forklift, and his 40 yard dumpster. We hauled most of the boat out on a trailer in pieces to our house, we burned it over that winter in a wood stove! We used a chain saw, went through several chains.

Sold the engine minus head, tranny, hydraulic steering pumps and gear. Scrapped misc. stuff out, burned most of the rest, and dumped what remained in the dumpster. Took about 3 days.
Now an FRG boat . . . . make sure you have a disposal avenue set up prior!

On the boat in the pic, make sure you have a yard that will first: agree to lift it out. Second: Allow you to demo it on site.

Might, MIGHT be worth it if you get two rebuildable engines out of it . . . . but may not. Roll of the dice . . .
