Hawes pipes & cleat

OK, I have another question.

Where to buy new and I could be wrong on the terms, new hawes pipe cleats.

Defender has the outer part and at a good price $54 but not the inner part. The best price I found was $165 and the inner or cleat part. I would like to replace all 6 of them on my boat. There 21 years old and look it!

For cleat tip to tip is 14.25 inches which as for as I can tell is a standard size.

Thank you to everyone past and future help. God knows I need it!
