Hi,

Cool video, at night surely worse when you can not see the horizon.

The music of great power affects the mind of the field and emotions. I can slightly imagine the idea alone far away somewhere in the ocean a gray dark day, to gain the strength and positivity of suitable music.

Much of the sound track of Victory at Sea, but especially "Beneath the Southern Cross," also known as "No Other Love Have I" from Annie Get Your Gun.

Gordon Bok has a wonderful album called "North Wind Clearing: Songs of the Maine Coast" which has several wonderful maritime songs but my all time favorite of his is songs is "The Wreck of the Green Cove" which ironically is on his album named "Return to the land"

Not so much for a boat, but for the whole BC coast.

Unofficial anthem for Douglas Channel Watch

Luke Wallace, "I am not lost" from the "The Kitimat LP"

I wish Michael McDonald had boating themed songs, but there's hardly any that I can remember in my preferred genres of jazz, R&B and hip-hop. I like "Sail on" by the Commodores. But for a more upbeat choice, I like Sisqo's "Thong Song". Not boating, but beach themed.

I just listened to "I'm On A Boat", and I have to admit I'm a fan :-) Not for everyone, and not for every audience even on YOUR boat. But I need it in the iPod... For that mood you have after one too many drinks and feeling kinda rowdy!

Great playlist, CD! Thanks for sharing!

I'm loving being on the boat and asking Alexa verbally to play these individual songs on my 8-speaker Bose/Alpine system. It's a great new tech gadget that makes my boating more simple. It's a bit like Capt. Kirk asking the S.S. Enterprise to play a song.

Ask and you shall receive stereophonically.
