Entec 4200d Genset maintenance

Hi there,

I have an Entec 4200d with sound enclosure. It has 550 hours, we have owned the boat for a year and so far has ran great. I noticed the heat exchanger at the back of the sound shield was dripping slightly this season so in the off season I want to pull it out and clean/ rebuild it.

Has anyone rebuilt one of these heat exchangers before? It's a bad design for accessing them. You have to physically remove the Genset. I definitely want to have all materials ready before I do this job.

Thanks, Ty.
