My 1982 MT DC salons overhead vinyl was smooth and intact but dingy faded looking. I researched and found a vinyl paint. Its Kiltz "ADHESION" paint- a white primer for flexible and plastic surfaces. Rolled it on and it looks great! Fresh and bright.
