My wife has made a number of You Tube videos showing us fishing this past year in Alaska.
This particular one is of us leaving the dock and going to our favorite halibut fishing spot. In this video we catch a small halibut and an Octopus.
Needless to say, we ate Octopus for months after.

On that same You Tube channel she has more videos of us fishing. Many of them have English subtitles for those parts in which she is speaking Vietnamese. For you boaters out there, no translation is really needed.

FYI I've watched Vietnamese in Vietnam spend all day to catch a 3" fish, so a halibut is a BIG deal.

I have also started to upload videos of my trip thru the Inside Passage.
they can also be found here. My goal this winter to to make You Tube videos of all my trips over the years.
My latest is here https://youtu.be/F4d6CO5oWzg

though i think I will soon go back and start making videos of the Summer 2015 Baltic trip.
Enjoy

Richard...I am embarrassed to say my first Alaskan halibut was a 3" fish... :D

The 12oz moochie and squid tail was WAYYYY bigger than the halibut!!!!

Man they can open their jaws.....:thumb:

Thanks, Richard. I got hooked on your other YouTube videos. I was up until nearly 2:00 this morning. Looking forward to your future videos crossing the Atlantic a couple of times and your adventure traversing the Panama Canal.

So...was the Cabezon dinner? Or did you let it go for another day?

Thanks Richard for taking the time to share your adventures. With winter right around the corner these videos will help pass the time.
