Are you one? I found someone looking to sell a troller. But it started out a cruiser and turned into a troller, that's unusual. (I have no vested interest in this)

Absolutely. Will they pay you a few thousand to cover your costs of disposal? That looks to me like a scam we're seeing often. Basically give away a boat that comes with disposal issues.
