Question,
I have a fairly expensive bottle of Champagne that is probably Corked. It’s been laying on its side, in the house, at room temperature for many years. I see it currently sells for around $1600. I wonder if someone would buy this for the Christening of a Super Yacht, Boat or Dingy? :socool: Maybe it would/could be a prestige thing to crack this baby on the bow ?

Thoughts?

A heavy bottle like that would do significant damage to my hull. Those bottles just don't break with a "tap". Drink it and enjoy it.

Pete, I’d love to drink it but the chances of it being no good from improper storage are quite high
