Central San Francisco Bay is (in)famous for its fierce winds roaring through The Gate. But this day was calm:

Mark, looks like you had a beautiful day. When I get calm charter days like that we refer to it as a trip on Lake Atlantic. The Chesapeake Bay watermen that work out of "Chance Maryland" refer to it as "cam". If you ask them why they pronounce "calm" that way, they will tell you, "that's the way it belongs to be". Gotta love the locals and their expressions.
