Buffalo Inside storage

I have looked but come up empty. Does anyone know of any inside storage for a 36' trawler in or near Buffalo? Or for anywhere west of Brewerton on the Erie Canal?

Look at Winter Harbor Marine. When we were there several years ago it was very nice and squared away.

Beacon Bay Marina at N end of Cayuga Lk has inside unheated storage.

I know several owners that have used them for years and have been very satisfied. This much more a DIY operation than a full service storage facility but well regarded just the same.
