A Canadian broker has started monthly posting of soldboats.com data for all boats sold in Canada. Note prices are in Canadian dollars

I'd expect soldboats.com to shut that down pretty quickly, since it is a paid service. Enjoy it while you can. If you are in the market to buy or sell, many (most?) brokers are subscribers, so they can print a relevant list for you.

Looks like he’s been posting it since at least last Feb.

I'm all for it. But it is a subscription service, and he is almost certainly violating the terms of service. As soon as they notice him, it will get cut off.
