One of our more prolific members over on Life-Aboard Forum passed on this photo of a very nice woody recently sold. The previous owner, who lived aboard her for six years, is also the guy called to perform the salvage. The new owner reportedly hired someone to watch her, but she was unplugged and the water in bilge froze. Reports are that she's been raised and the motors cleaned and running now. Finger Lakes, NY.

Th is is exactly why I keep heat on in my boat in the winter, and why I have a alarm system that has a temperature sensor in the bilge.

Right now it is 44.9 degrees in my engine rrom
