Beachcomber Marina Destroyed!

We just head of this a few days ago. We know the owner of "Overdrive" in the picture on shore. So sad.We stayed there for a few days at the invite of our friend. Really a nice friendly place.

While at the Vancouver boat show last week I happened to be exploring the engine room of the Fleming 65 (not a lot of headroom) when the other fellow who was also exploring it mentioned that he had lost his Westbay 58 in that marina storm. His boat was well tied up but a piling let go and part of the dock went with it, taking his boat to the rocks.
