1967 Grand Banks Alaskan Pilot House

Hello all,

I am looking at a 1967 GB Alaskan 46 pilot house. I will have to have her brought over land to me. The person who owns her now doesn't know the measurements of her, odd I know. Dose anyone know her overall height? I have the LOA, beam and draft. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
