Gross Tonnage

Is there an "easy" way to calculate the gross tonnage, or the volume of the enclosed spaces on a boat?

Transport Canada Tonnage Measurement Part 3

A knowledge of block coefficients and Simpsons Rule #3 is required if you want accurate numbers.
