That's what you get for not being a good herd member and a nonconformist

We were just there a couple weeks ago and enjoyed the area. Heading to Langley now to spend the weekend, have fun.

We will be passing through early in the morning, but plans are to be outside in the Strait. Beautiful day at Tribune Bay...enjoy your trip!

Got my last stash of Cuban cigars from the little store across from the coffee shop at the top of the marina stairs at Ganges.

Sausage roll and a buttered croissant w/marmalade from Barb's Buns for breakfast, stroll the Saturday Market, it don't get much better.

You getting away from the dock at all? I'm always looking for a rendevouz. Current crew, including wife are departing on the 25th. Got no plans til new crew shows up mid-August.

We've been down in the Port Townsend area for a couple weeks, just got back. My wife has family there, big doings over the Fourth. Since we didn't go to AK this year, I'm also doing a lot of deferred maintenance on the house that seems to never get done. I'm right in the middle of that this coming week, but I'll check back with you further out to see if you're still up in these parts.

After 5 days in Nanimo, Ladysmith here we come.

4 sailboats were going north through Dodd announcing themselve unnecessarily and a boat going south told them to turn around since he was going with the current and had the right of way. The northbound sailboats all turned back!

Wagoneer should be held accountable for propagating the Dodd Narrows misinformation. It is really irritating to hear all the announcements on CH 16 and all the BS transiting and passing arrangements. They published a retraction of their Dodd Narrows advice but it will take years to unlearn the low information boaters.
