DeFever Rendevous in Poulsbo

This weekend, any TF members going to the DeFever Rendevous in Poulsbo ?
Amy and I will be there with our DF44.

My wife Linda and I will be coming down for the rendezvous, sans our boat, which is not a DeFever. Look forward to meeting folks and getting an up close look at the different models.

Hope you boater have a great time.
I would be interested in hearing about your encounter with the new GFIC on the dock. What was found or happened during plug-in, how you troubleshot any electrical problems and your solution to keep power in your boat.

Last year we had trouble with the GFIC breakers at Poulsbo. This was on top of similar difficulties with GFIC pedastals in AK. Dan Heyl at Emerald Harbor Marine redid our vessel's 110V grounding system which resolved the issue.

Much better than using an isolation transformer in that costs less, space saved and overall existing shore power system then usable without a major re-wire.
