LW,

Yes, you may want to go Thurs to Av if possible. Still fairly full towards the latter part of the week and weekend. Back side TH has been the usual quiet.

My two brothers and I all worked on the boats when we were younger. My youngest brother did the long range trips out of SD for awhile. Hard work, long days, but the hours on the water and things we saw were worth it. Well, except for the sun damage to our skin.

Hi TF'ers,

Some photos from the last few weeks:

Photo 1: Cruising from Catalina to Santa Barbara Island with my buddy who has a Tartan 35. We had SB Island to ourselves.

Photo 2: Then on to Santa Cruz Island - Drone shot.

Photo 3: Tucked in to another Cove on Santa Cruz Island. This was literally the calm before the storm on Monday 10-4-21 when an unforecasted lighting storm came through. The clearing winds that came through after caused some grief, and I had to bail out at 1 am. Not a fun night, but my beer tasted better the next day.

Photo 4: A screen shot from a Vid is attached. This photo does not do the lightening storm justice. The sky line in front of us was lit up with multiple strikes for about 2 hours. Fun to watch, but I knew what was coming next.

We were there the same weekend. Probably some of the nicest weather we've had in Cat. Didn't get up for Buccaneer Days unfortunately but did have some fresh lobster on opening day so got that in.

Got home the Monday just before the lightning show so dodged that one. Had no idea it was coming!
