Off topic, but so are many things on this thread anyway. We boated for the first time today to move our boat to it's summer slip a few miles away. Weather in New England has not been good for early spring but getting better. Good to be burning diesel as the gas dock had diesel at $5.40/gal and gas at $6.80. Not that I needed any as the tanks are full from the fall. I could probably boat for the season w/o buying fuel if I wanted to cruise at 6-7 knts, but it didn't take long for me to get bored at that speed and wanting to get on plane where the boat handles much better anyway.
