Good afternoon to you all. I'm new to posting to the forum but figured this would be the place to find some answers. I'm considering purchasing a boat but have no idea of the hull designer. The current owner does not have any registration/title paperwork for it. It's only on it's 3rd now, but we haven't been able to find out what hull mold this came from. It is solid fiberglass with (2) molded in 100 gallon fiberglass fuel tanks. The engine hatch is located immediately thru the cabin entryway. It measures 28' 11"x10' 11". Any help identifying thus hull would be much appreciated.

I'll bet the original designer didn't draw that flybridge on it... Good looking hull, but that Flybridge....

I'm no expert, but honestly, it looks entirely like a home-designed & home-built vessel to me. Does it have an engine? Don't mean to insult -- but even if this boat were "free" and it were my only way into boating as a first-timer, I wouldn't take it. It looks like you would need to invest a significant amount of money into somewhat of a "pig" in order to get it usable. Would it be insurable? I would also guess that the resale value would be far less than what you would need to put into finishing it, if that matters...

The powderhorn sheer with a rise in the stern indicates no designer was involved.
