Unusual Trawler Style

Have you ever seen a Californian aft-cabin Trawler, without a fly bridge? This is a first for me! *No idea if it was manufactured this way or the owner removed an existing bridge? *This is a 1978 *42' with twin 185hp 6.354 Perkins. 7.5 kw MDJE Onan Gen Set.
