38 LRC (aft cabin)

Good afternoon
I’m interested in the 38 ft Californians. They are hard to come by. I’ve read that 200 of the 42 LRC’s were made between 1974-1984.
Does anyone know how many 38’s were made and what year range did they make them.

Maybe check Powerboat Guide. A friend of mine had a 38 that he lived aboard for over 20 years until they took it from California to Houston and a hurricane got it.

Have been looking for a 38LRC (aft cabin) here in California for a bit however the rare one that comes up is usually pretty rough. Mostly used as a condo on the water. Engines never cared for and a whole host of other issues. The 42's are fairly abundant.
