You should report it to the Mods using the exclamation mark top right.

The best way to report spam in posts and PM's is to 'click' triangle icon (white with red border, with the exclamation point in the center).

I keep getting a notification for an unread PM but the last PM was from last month and I already read it.

Same. I think it relates to how the spam PM's were deleted from the database directly but the notification is still present.

I got the same message which confused me and had to read it twice. I figured ‘someone’ would attend to it so I just ignored it. SHRUG

Accounts being hijacked. Not good. Maybe it's time for me to change my password from "OpenSesame" to something more secure like "MyPassword"

I have a "constant notification" also.
Not going to look again until it says 2.

Try this for PMs you want to delete:
Go to your “private messages in folder”. On the right hand side of the PM you want to delete, check the box all the way to the right. Scroll down the page to “selected messages”. Right now it probably says, “move to folder”, scroll through that menu. Select delete and then Go.
Hope this helps,

The problem I have is that the message has already been deleted by an admin from the back-end, therefore I cannot follow the steps above as there are no unread messages.
But the "Your Notifications" at the top right of every screen still shows one unread message.
I am trying to figure out how to reset the notifications for a message that was deleted from the back-end.

Fixed now. Thank you.
Had to receive a new PM, read it and then reply. Now back to zero unread.

I reported the same "Emerald Yachts" scam here and on CF. I got these messages over two successive days, but nothing since then, so seems OK now.
