In the FAQ, it says....
On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.
Well I was using the "reply" window when I tried to post a pic in the "adding ballast to Mainship 34" thread, but I still did not get access to the Manage Attachments window. All I could access was the insert an image icon from the tools, but this was no help. Same thing when I used the edit post option, and went "advanced". What was I doing wrong, or is there a bug here...?
