Thread Subscription

Unless I go full editor and deselect the subscription when I post, "it" automatically subscribes me to any thread I post in.....which in turn clutters up my email box.....

Can I set it up so I never subscribe unless I want to?

Go to User CP, Edit options, and reset from the notification drop-down menu..
