stopping all notifications/subscriptions

I'm sure this has been addressed but I cant find it.


It seems that anytime I reply to a thread I am automatically subscribed and get email notifications.

I would like to globally block all notifications including future posts I make but cant find how to do that.

Help!

Click on "User CP" at top left when you are logged in. Then click on "edit options" under "settings and options" over at left column. Then go to "Messaging and notification" and reset the default thread subscription mode to "do not subscribe."
