PM, email and Thank You issues.

I've been having 3 issues lately;

Yesterday I tried to send Spy a PM and it took 3 attempts and I still don't know if it went.

Today I tried a Thank You and I had to back out and come at it again before it would work.

Email notifications of posts are really hit and miss. Probably getting notified of less than half of posts to subscribed threads.

Anyone else?

Yeah well, my box gets full all off the time. Too many complaints. I'm winging my way home now and will clean up when I get to a PC.

Sorry, not just yours Spy, others too, over a period of time. Same when I try to edit my own posts, it doesn't always open properly.

Oh well.

Pees in his knees wanted to ban me when I posted pictures of the USS John C. Stennis during a discussion of electricity available.

We just increased PM storage a bit to help alleviate this

Janet:

Editing is still squirrely. When I hit edit, I get a blank input screen. Then I hit edit again on the blank screen and the edit box pops up. Doesn't happen all of the time, but just happened a minute ago.

Also on the same post, I couldn't get a carriage return to line feed. So I saved it and edited the post. This has happened before as well. Maybe they are related.

I'm sorry you are experiencing troubles. Is your system up to date, data connection robust etc? Can you try restarting your device and see if it improves?

At first I thought my issues were related to mobile but it also happens with PC. I see Menzies is now having PMS (priv mess sent) issues as well.

I just posted to a thread and once "post" was hit, it vanished. Backed all the way out and back in, it was there.

Also, (whiney aren't I?) I find post composition is quite hit and miss with spacing. I understand that being an issue with cut and paste but I get it when composing in the post window.

Edit...see double spacing above.

Most of the time I copy my posts about every paragraph. Then when stuff happens I just repost.

Janet,
My i-pad keeps saying my "storage is almost full. You can edit you're storage in settings". They want to con me into buying more storage I think and I don't think it's comming from TF. Someone at a computer store said I had no storage issues. Any ideas? I now suspect my storage may in fact be full somwhere cause I'm having lots of weird images and poor performance.

Try here first Eric then find the nearest Apple Store (at most major shopping malls) and make an appointment.

When one's PM file becomes filled, it's most likely they're getting a lot of "thanks."
