Seevee,

Here's a link to a post where I describe how I manage image attachments.

Grand Banks 1981 49' For sale post #22

Others may have simpler methods, but I get it done. Hope this helps.

Portage,

That works, but some 10 steps, three pages.... vs drag and drop, one step.

Unfortunately, the drag and drop doesn't work in a lot of forums, but there are forum protocols that are much easier, and of course, some much worse. The absolute worst is to up load the image on another service like PhotoBucket or similar and then download it... VERY time consuming.

However, the method you mention works, used it last time I down loaded an image. But, what happens to that image should I want to use it again? Works but not super easy.

Yeah, it's not easy. As I said, other's may have a better method, I sure hope so....

I wrote that piece for a member who was apparently really struggling with the process so I gave every detail I could think of.

In the "Advanced" editor, there's a paperclip icon in the top row of editing tools. Choose that, then find the to-be-uploaded pic (or whatever) file on your computer.

I've only used it a couple times, so I'd have to experiment from that point... but it's not all that difficult.
