Permitted/NonPermitted Posts

Under FAQ and General Usage, I didn't find any guidance on what's allowed and what's not allowed to post. On a recent trip to South Florida we stayed at 2 different marinas that I would highly recommend but it may not be acceptable on TF to post a favorable or a non favorable comment about a commercial business. Yes or No? If yes, where should I post?

Yes reviews and recommendations are allowed. So long as you don't have a commercial interest in them.

Cruising and Events East Coast sounds like the most appropriate forum to me.

Thanks Craig... no commercial interest - just info for my "smart book" I'd like to have (and pass on) when cruising...

Roger Keith... did that - just wasn't sure about posts on TF for commercial businesses... I assumed correctly that it was OK if not for personal gain... I posted positive comments on TF about 2 marinas and received several thank you replies...
