Help needed on attaching doc's to a post

I am trying to attach some doc's I have scanned to help a bloke who has posted *a question in the Halverson forum. However when I try to use the 'attach a image' button it says it is an invalid file. I have tried saving the doc's in word formatt but that does not work either.

Help please!

TF only accepts picture files. You'll have to save it as a .jpg or .jpeg, then you can attach it.

I can't seem to be able to change the doc's from word to Jpeg on my PC, where's No. 3 son when you need him(actually he is getting ready for the season in Whistler, lucky devil)

You can copy and paste into MS Paint, then save as a .jpg.
