What MFG ?? Dinghy

Can anyone tell me what Mfg built this dingy and about what year it might be?
It has been restored a bit but can not find any ID numbers or MFG name.

From the side it looks like a Dyer. from the top it looks somewhat like a Dyer that has been butchered.

I was thinking "modded" Dyer too; but that little "point" at the stem where the port and starboard gunwales meet threw me. Dyers are usually "round" there, I think.

Dyer dhows have the round bow. Other Dyers dinghies are pointier (technical term).

Dyers all have a full bow at the waterline.

This one has a cut away, almost hollow bow.

Looks like a bit like a Dyer Dhow, but not an accurate copy of one.
