Looking to see if any of the Trawler Forum folks have purchased or have familiarity with a DinghyGo sailing dinghy. We want a lightweight inflatable (not a Portland Pudgy) dinghy that can be sailed but functions like a useful dinghy 95% of the time. This DinghyGo

seems like the way to go, but its presence in North America appears to be limited. We currently have a Takacat and love it, but no way to put a sail on it and teach grandkids this all important life skill.

Thanks

I think the answer to this question was "nope"! Perhaps it is heresy for Trawler folks to put up canvas (unless you have a Diesel Duck). I contacted the folks at Takacat and they said they are in the design phase for adding a sail to their boats and to look for them next year. That is incentive enough to wait.
