Anybody use one? Have opinions on how well they work and how convenient they are?

We have a SeaWise on Poach. It works.

I use the Weaver Snap Davits. They work great with the limited space I have to work with.. They are very convenient and make Boarding/disembarking from the dink very easy and stable..
