38' Defever?

My wife and I are closing on a 1976 38' tri cabin (as described by the broker). Is this the actual model? The appraisal calls it a 40' passage maker.
It's in great shape for the age - a couple soft spots to keep me out of the bars, but nothing unmanageable.
Any information on this model would be appreciated - especially things to watch out for.

Good stuff - although it doesn't have much on the 38'. It'll be an adventure. Lots of things to take care of in the short term. Frozen sea cocks, missing electrons (no power to anchor windlass). Radar that's shot. Haul out, zincs, etc.
