GB 32 window sils

Looking at a 1978 GB 32 and see that the base of salon port and starboard windows are soft. Looks like the drain holes were plugged. Broker says remove glass plate and dig out soft wood. Fill void with epoxy putty follow up with thickened epoxy. Drill new drain tubes and reassemble windows?

That’s the way to fix it. If the interior panels are stained you might as well replace those at the same time. Very hard / impossible to remove the stains.
