Door weatherstripping?

The starboard and aft doors on the cabin of my Eastbay 47 are in need of replacement. It's a triangular bit of weatherstripping attached by adhesive to the jambs. It's stamped "QLON" ever foot or so. It's not just plain rubber or foam, it has a coating on it. I don't have to use the same stuff, of course, but wouldn't mind finding it if possible. Q-Lon has a whole range of types, I'm not sure which is being used here.

It's vaguely triangular in shape. That is, squared against the sides facing the jamb, with a sloped where it meets the sliding aft door.
