Wonder if there are any Wittholz design owners here?
Beebe's Trawler Bible gives him a chapter under "Work Of Other Designers).
30 years aboard ours, no complaints, not even after a couple of hurricanes.....
...
Here are some papers I recently found in our storage:
(The 39 / 40 is ours built in Corten Steel with single engine.)
The Cheoy Lee 55 also qualifies as a Wittholz design.

Hi, New to the forum and new to us this year old girl in need of love.

Charles Wittholz did the overall boat design using a Webbers Cove 40 Hull.

Hull designer was Royal Lowell - it is a Downeast lobster bboat hull.

Boat built by Rogers Morton and Peter Herlsoff. It is the builder's former boat.

A writeup on the boat can be found here: https://books.google.com/books?id=4_Z9BWIYwYQC&pg=PA78&lpg=PA78&dq=webbers+cove+boats&source=bl&ots=2BZSBW4f4p&sig=bs0bEEC7gI3CfPtSf9WW5t-dcEc&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjh2p3W-sTYAhXFKiYKHWqWBcw4PBDoATACegQIBxAB#v=onepage&q=webbers%20cove%20boats&f=true

It is a nice layout by Wittholz and a solid full bodied hull.

Hi
My Cheoy Lee 55/67 Trawler was designed by Wittholz. Originally a Cheoy Lee 55, a prior owner had Wittholz design a 10ft extension fishing cockpit. You would'nt happened to have the wittholz motor yacht catalog scanned in would you. I would appreciate a copy if you could email it to me. or any other information on the Cheoy Lee 55,
