New Owner of 2002 Mainship 390
Pleased to let everyone know we've made the sea change from sail to power and are now the proud owners of a 2002 Mainship 390. Paperwork went through last week and now we are waiting for a long list of much-needed boatyard maintenance jobs to be completed. We'll be cruising out Alameda, California and expect to be visiting McCovey Cove during SF Giants games, Angel Island, Sam's in Tiburon and a lot of other great SF Bay spots. We've renamed the boat "Take Five" as it's our fifth boat, the name of a favorite jazz song our son plays and a reminder to always "Take Five" and enjoy ourselves.
Would nice to be introduced to other Mainship owners in the bay area. We noticed a pristine Mainship 400 on the dock next to our future slip in Alameda.

Welcome and congratulations...
Always good to see another Mainship'er joining in.
We're a long way away but willing to share any knowledge / assistance.
Lots of good info in the generic TF forums and the MS builders sub-forum

Congratulations, but now you may need to reconsider your login name. No sloop no mo.

Welcome! we have a 2003 390 and love it. We're on the other coast though, so unless you get out to the Chesapeake or NJ we'll have to talk here.
