Tyvek house wrap material

Dear friends, I'm owner of a MS Trawler 34 -2007 and I keep it in Italy.

When I bought it in 2007 I was alone and I decided to have a carpet in the leaving area.

Now I have 2 dogs and I would like to change the carpet with a false teak like you did on your boat.

May you give me references to find the right material in US ?

Thanks a lot !

PlasTeak for interior... see
https://www.plasteak.com

I dealt w factory in Ohio, USA they are very helpful.
If anyone wants a removable carpet like material I'd recommend checking into Corinthian marine carpet. It is a woven product and doesn't have a napp to hold dirt or stains. Can be glued if desired but stays in place very well just layed down. Add snaps if desired but not really necessary. Available in teak ,& holly look or other patterns / colors.

I doubt you could get the carpet up w/o disturbing the pad.
On my AT34, they pulled up the carpet, leaving the pad then put down the new carpet a few days later. Easy pleasie Took about a week, out and in.
Cost, a bit over $1500. I got a discount because the carpet was not exactly the color I ordered.
If they take the pad out to put in a thicker pad, figure about $3000 plus.

For carpet and other flooring, you might want to try this guy. Small single owner shop, used him for house carpeting and was very reasonable.

Also had Permateek professionally installed in salon, cockpit, swim platform by these guys. Very good guys to work with, but rather expensive. I'm not quite as resourceful as Don for DIY. Some pics of my boat are on their website.
