Mainship 47 with wet decks

I am considering purchasing a 1998 Mainship 47. During the survey we encountered some wet deck areas. Not a huge deal as the areas can be fixed. My question is is the boat cored below the water line and has anyone had moisture in the cored sides? Any other significant issues with this boat?

Welcome aboard. I would check the underwater areas very carefully if it is cored below the waterline. Those repairs are not as easy as deck cores.
