I have a 2003 34 Mainship Pilot and I am trying to get information
regarding the rubber molding going around the side window frames.

Does anyone have any information as to where I can purchase this
molding as shown in the above attachments

You might try Aluminum 2000 - I believe they supplied MS windows - at least some models / yrs

They have a rubber gasket cross section chart online
