2001 390 - rudder shaft packing

Anyone know the packing size? Preferences for best type/brand to use?

As a a follow up, I found the packing size to be 1/4” based on what I removed AND a table the packing mfr gave which stated certain sizes for whichever rudder shaft diameter you have. Mine compared exactly to what they stated. So I’m all set.
