Taiwan boat yard?

Looking for info on my Hardin 42 which was built in Taiwan in and around 1981. A sister boat was built at a boatyard in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

One of my floor support crossmembers has “RT 1452” etched into it. I believe this is supposed to denote the location of the boatyard and hull number. Anyone have any insights?
