I'm seeing a couple of Heritage East 36's on the market - one is a 1999 and the other is a 2005.
The ad for the 1999 says that the bridge clearance is 16.75 feet. (the 2005 doesn't have that level of detail on the ad yet) It has a davit installed on the top, which might be putting it at that clearance, I don't know yet.
For any of you that might own one of these, what do you think your bridge clearance is?
Most of the marina's around here have 16' roof on the 42' slips.

I'll say that it depends on how the arch and/or crane are set up.

We have a '99 under contract right now that the seller says clears 18' (15'6" with the arch down). No crane, but the radome, masthead light, and various antennas (GPS, WiFi, TV, etc.) have mounts on top of the arch. The VHF whips are mounted to the sides of the arch and fold down easily so aren't figured in.

For comparison, there's a 2001 in JAX that the seller lists as 17' 2" and a few sold listings for '98-01 models show 15' 8". 16' 9" (2), and 17'.

I'd go with 18' as a starter but would definitely measure before going under anything close to that.
