Cleaning exhaust elbows

I will be pulling my exhaust elbows off of my Volvo TMD41As for inspection. if they are intact but crudded up, will a trip to the radiator shop tank clean them up?

good luck.. Hopefully they arent too far gone. Mine were.

It will depend on what the radiator shop says.

Sometimes they can be boiled out.
Sometimes not.

If they are messed up then buy new ones. I carry a spare.
