I’m at a marina in Indian harbor beach. This morning the boat next to me lost control as he was leaving the slip and his anchor bent my railing. He refused to answer my radio calls, and when I got his contact information from the marina office he refused to take my calls. I heard he was going to the Sebastian area. His one response to me was to “sue me”. It’s a 50 foot or so go fast cruiser named “Feeding Frenzy”. Watch out for this guy. He’s a real jerk.

Did you file a police report? Leaving an accident is against the law.

Did the marina get his insurance info? If they did maybe make a claim directly to them. Or give the info to your insurance company and they will deal with his company.

Insurers do exactly that, so you need to have yours take are of you after you give them the details they require.
